For manure testing, please follow the steps below. As much as possible, the manure testing is scheduled on Wednesdays. We therefore ask you to ensure that the manure is received by us no later than Wednesday, we recommend sending the manure on Monday.

Method of sending manure sample:

• Step 1: Contact the practice to discuss whether your horse’s symptoms qualify for an examination.
• Step 2: Complete the digital registration form below and make payment for the study (the page will open automatically after completing this form or click here).
• Step 3: Collect a handful of fresh manure and place the manure in a plastic bag and press it flat.
• Step 4: Put a second bag around it against leaking, along with some cotton wool or kitchen paper for any moisture absorption.
• Step 5: Fold aluminum foil around this (this is very important to keep the manure as fresh as possible!!!) and put it in a bubble envelope. Of course, shipping in a package is also allowed.
• Step 6: Make sure your details as well as your horse’s details are clearly stated and send the whole thing to our address:
