Chaga supports the immune system, replenishes the body with necessary components and important micro elements – such as potassium, zinc, iron, polysaccharides, etc. These are involved in all processes to keep the organs of the body functioning.
A disease, deficiency can arise when at least 1 of these elements is missing in the organism. The recovery is based on melanin and micro-elements: copper, aluminum, silver, cobalt, zinc and nickel. These are naturally present in Chaga.
Chaga also has a positive effect on the central nervous system – such as with stress and the modern fast lifestyle
Advice for making and drinking Chaga tea:
Mix 1 part Chaga powder with 3-5 parts warm water (about 50 degrees). Let it infuse for 2 days and then strain.
Advice: drink 3 cups a day.
The remainder that remains after sieving can be reused. Add boiling water and let it stand for 12 to 24 hours, then strain again and drink it. This can now be done 1 more time with the remainder of the sieving.
Advice: after 3-4 weeks it is wise to stop for 1-2 weeks.
Chaga is dried at around 40 degrees and has its own natural scent.
