ATTENTION: Describe clearly in the input fields on this page in which drops the frequencies should be added and which frequencies.
If you have ordered several bottles to which frequency must be added, you must individually fill in the product ‘add frequency’ for each bottle and add it to your shopping cart. In this way you can clearly describe all information.
If you have a repeat prescription, we request that you state the date of your recent medication with your order (see label on the bottle) and that it is a repeat prescription
