Dosage
1 x daily

• Horse 2 scoops
• Pony 1½ scoop
• 1 scoop contains about 7½ grams.

This product is also suitable for dogs and cats.

• Dog> 25 kilos 1 x daily 1 scoop (or 2 x 1/2) = 7.5 grams
• Dog 10 – 25 kilos 1 x daily 2/3 scoop (or 2 x 1/3) = 5 grams
• Dog< 10 kilos 1 x daily 1/3 measuring scoop (or 2 x 1/6) = 2.5 grams
• Cat 1 x daily 1/3 scoop (or 2 x 1/6) = 2.5 grams.

If it is difficult in practice to administer this product several times a day, once a day or once every 2 days is sufficient. Then give the maximum dose of one day. Even then this product can be used effectively, but reaction may take a little longer.

Administration
Can be given through the feed. Moisten the powder so that it is not blown out of the food bowl.

Duration of treatment
In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. In case of improvement, continue to administer this product for a few more days.

With prolonged discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks. In case of improvement, a maintenance dose can be switched. This is usually half the dosage indicated on the package. When dosing this product, look carefully at the reaction of the animal. In the beginning a higher dose may be required, this product can be safely given in a double dose. Reduce the dose gradually to the lowest possible dose.

This product can be given permanently. It is advisable to insert a stop week after every 6 to 8 weeks. In this way, the ‘stimulus’ can be offered again after the stop week. Resume treatment immediately if there is reason to do so.

Interaction and contraindication
Always apply during pregnancy and lactation in consultation with the attending veterinarian. To date, side effects of this product have not been known or reported.

Storage
Avoid direct sunlight and store this product dry and at a temperature between 5-20 °C. Keep out of reach of children. The expiry date is stated on the bottom left of the label and under the jar.
